Flavour characteristics: roasted green tea is not as smooth and tight as fried green, but the shape of the dried tea is complete, slightly curved, the front seedlings are exposed, showing dark green, aroma is clear, and the taste is mellow.

4⃣ sun-dried green tea, tea leaves after killing, kneading, directly in the sun under the dry green tea.

Flavour characteristics: sun-dried green tea is generally irritating, made into loose tea to drink less, such as the representative of Dianqing, mainly as raw materials for Puerh tea, after a long period of storage transformation, the irritation of the tea leaves weakened, the taste becomes more mellow.
