Getting to Know Yellow Tea

Mogan yellow buds tight and slender, thin like a lotus heart, containing tender yellow white hair bud tip, so the name. Characterised by "yellow leaves and yellow soup", this yellow colour is the result of smothering in the tea making process.
Huoshan Yellow Buds
Huoshan Yellow Bud is mainly produced in Huoshan County, Anhui Province, and originated before the Tang Dynasty. It is an unfermented natural tea that retains the natural substances in the fresh leaves. Its appearance is straight and slightly spreading, even into a flower, similar to the bird's tongue tender green Phi Hao, the bottom of the leaf is tender yellow and bright, and the taste is fresh and mellow and thick.
